Today on my way home, while sitting at a light waiting to turn, along came a Suburban van pulling a trailer. The trailer was a small flatbed with a cage around it, like chicken wire. Inside was a panther or large cat of some kind. Looked like a mountain lion. No kidding. Ask my sister Steph- I was on the phone with her at the moment. The thing was sitting on a shelf in the cage with its mouth open, alive as anything. (I'd have my mouth open too, panting. It's hot out!)
I half-expected to see a giraffe or elephant come along.
