I didn't get the hr job. I'm bummed and disappointed. So that
waiting game is over, but now I wait for another opportunity. I have
a phone pre-interview with a local university next Thursday about a
math teaching assistantship. It pays about what I would make at
walmart, but it would be at the same school as Brad. Thankfully our
finances are holding up ok, but I'm getting mighty sick of this.

Kathy - I've been following this saga, and I'm bummed along with you. A math TA, however, sounds a whole lot more like who you are, and once inside the university system, you have that priceless thing, relationships. You become the known entity. I am praying along with you on all of this, but chiefly that your hope won't fail.
