After spending countless hours cleaning up other people's messes, Brad finally got the instructional manual completed for his department. It's for more than his department, actually, it's for everyone who uses a company credit card. He sent out a memo alerting all of his users to the changes, and got this email response from the Internal Compliance Auditor here on campus. It's quite a compliment, but really, nothing we didn't already know. Brad exudes excellence.

I am so pleased to see this memo, Brad. You work P-card compliance firmly and professionally. P-card usage can so easily become an area of abuse. Procurement Services does a consistently reliable job of monitoring the large number of P-card transactions. It makes this internal auditor sleep better at night.
