School let out early on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday due to busing issues-- the high schools let out early because of finals, so the middle schools let out early, too! I don't really get it, but we got out at 2 p.m. so I don't really care why. Anyway, I came home one day and put up icicle lights on the house to surprise Brad. It has been difficult to get into the holiday spirit when it's still so warm outside. The lights helped.



I also hung a wreath from a bow on the guest room window. So festive!
