Police use stun guns on greased, naked student

The town we're hoping to move to just had an appearance on CNN.com. Doesn't dissuade me in the least, though. Kids will be kids. Loved the grease idea, though. That seems new to me.

No word from our realtor yet, no offer or anything. I'll keep you posted. I ran the numbers the other day after calling our mortgage lender to find out the payoff amount. It will have to be a generous offer which will only be evidence of the hand of God. Not impossible, just improbable. I read this quote somewhere a few months ago, maybe on a blog (sorry if it was yours-- let me know and I'll give you credit):

"To be a witness does not consist in engaging in propaganda nor even in stirring people up, but being a living mystery. It means to live in such a way that one's life would not make sense if God did not exist." Cardinal Suhard, archbishop of Paris 1940-49

I've mulled that over a bit here and there as it comes to mind, and I find that I love it more each time I mull. Consider it in the light of trying to sell a house in Lehigh right now-- seriously, that will be another miracle in my life of miracles. Improbable, but not impossible.

In other news, I've discovered a new product. These ciders from Celestial Seasonings come in cute red tins and I bought all three flavors last week. Electric kettle + honey vanilla cider mix = happy morning commute. Hey, it doesn't have to be 8 degrees to feel cold.

Tis all for now. Back to work.
