Update, but not much to say

I got an offer from the remodeler-- the salary was laughable and it's still a 50 minute drive.  I'm going to call to turn it down soon.  Crazy, I know, but I can do better temping. 

I learned this morning that our contract is up June 23 with our Realtor and we can sell it then.  The 120 days thing applies only if the person saw the house first with our Realtor. So we will be throwing the For Sale By Owner sign out front June 24th and putting it on craigslist even sooner.  Our price will be just above what we owe on our mortgage so we have some haggle room.  That price is still a bit high for the market but a drop of $25k from where we have it priced now.  Without a listing agent we have less exposure so it will be a little trickier to find a buyer, but it is possible.  Might take out ads in northern papers or something.  Pass the word!

So that's where we are with things.  We're back at square one with jobs and are sending out resumes often.  We're hanging on to hope that God will provide for us, and secretly I'm hoping that provision includes a moving truck.
