Fun with wonton wrappers

In my quest to come up with exciting and different new foods I bought some wonton wrappers. I made veggie wontons, baked, the other day and they weren't bad. Sauteed some shredded cabbage and carrots with garlic and added soy sauce. Yum. Baked isn't as good as fried, but what else is new.

Having about 3/4 of the package of wrappers left, I decided to make teeny egg rolls. I made a bunch with the cabbage mixture and they turned out well. Then I decided to get all crazy with it and make some ham and cheese egg rolls. They were tasty, too! I minced deli ham, shredded colby jack cheese, and scallions. Bite sized and delish!
