One more thing

I neglected to mention that I spoke with our Realtor this morning and got the go-ahead for my bright idea of a neighborhood-wide open house.  We're going to hold it on Sunday, April 1.  I'm excited-- this gives my organizational planning brain something to feed on for the next few weeks.  I have a call into the newspaper to find out how to go about getting a quarter-page ad.  Next step is to drive around and gather addresses and phone numbers and then call all the sellers/real estate agents to see if they will participate.  And then pray.  And Virginia, I won't forget the balloons. :)
